1. The pipeline in-situ replacement system independently developed by our company is mainly composed of the main unit, pull rods, cone sleeves, pulling-expanding heads, hydraulic pipe pushing devices, hydraulic stations (in two sizes), and top heads, and is suitable for the renovation construction of old urban pipelines.
2. Main component descriptions of the pipe bursting machine
2.1 Hydraulic station: Equipped with automatic direction change and leakage self-protection functions. The electromagnetic valves support manual/automatic switching. Operators can operate in the well by holding a remote control.
2.2 Threaded pull rods: Adopting an insert-free design, it can achieve automatic retraction of the rods, effectively reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving construction efficiency.
2.3 Main unit: Compact structure, light weight, convenient for well entry operation; unique threaded pull rod mode, can achieve automatic retraction of the rods without the need for inserts.
2.4 Pulling-expanding heads: The blades are of rolling type and have undergone quenching treatment, which can effectively avoid the accumulation of debris in the old pipeline and have a long service life.
2.5 Hydraulic pipe pushing device: Combined with the slips and cone sleeves, it can lock the new pipeline at any position.
